phoenix way funding rounds

phoenix fund 2020

The initial Phoenix Fund round consisted of £2.4 million (£0.4 million in infrastructure support and £2 million in grants to 184 community groups) across all regions of England. Over 1,400 applications were received, demonstrating the high level of demand for targeted funding opportunities.

The Phoenix Way Round 2: Children & Young People

In April 2023 The Phoenix Way invested £2M, funding 47 organisations led by Black and racially minoritised communities across the UK. Grants of £30,000 to £50,000 supported Children & Young People projects, driving real change.

The Phoenix Way Round 3: Children & Young People

Our latest £2.2M funding round awarded 36 organisations led by Black and racially minoritised communities, project grants ranging from £50K to £75K to drive impactful change. The groups will be working with children and young people at risk of violence.
