Bridgin The Gap CIC
Bridgin The Gap’s ‘Redirect Farm Ranger Program’ is a transformative initiative designed to guide 8- to 16-year-olds from detour to destination. Focused on children from diverse and challenging circumstances—ranging from special educational needs (SEN) to behavioral issues, neglect, and more—the program is centered around the AQA (Assess, Qualify, Achieve) modules. It provides a supportive environment where young participants can reassess their paths, discover their strengths, and set achievable goals. Through hands-on activities and strategic guidance, the program fosters resilience, personal growth, and practical skills. By turning obstacles into opportunities, the Farm Ranger Program empowers these young individuals to build confidence and set out on a purposeful path to success.
