Grace Incorporation Faith Trust (GIFT)

Grace Incorporation Faith Trust (GIFT) specialises in offering professional services for adults, families, and young people, particularly those who may lack the financial means to access quality advice and support. Based in Manchester, GIFT runs projects including Mentoring, Supplementary School Services, Family Mediation, and Personal Development Training, all aimed at helping individuals reach their full potential in education, employment, and training.

As a consortium of grassroots community groups, GIFT operates as an umbrella organisation to build capacity, train, and support partner organisations in delivering innovative community initiatives. The organisation’s mission is to change lives and shape futures within the communities it serves.

GIFT is committed to supporting young people, men, and women from diverse backgrounds in accessing education and overcoming barriers to their academic and professional success. The organisation works to address a range of issues that affect educational access, performance, and progression into employment and training.

GIFT takes a holistic approach, particularly for young people at risk of disengaging from the education system with little or no qualifications. The organisation focuses on early intervention and preventative measures, with a particular emphasis on those at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

The core activities of GIFT include partnership work in family support, counselling, mentoring, and professional and personal development. By providing these essential services, GIFT aims to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for lasting change.

GIFT have been a consistently helpful presence, with a wealth of contact and resources that can greatly benefit the lives of young people who seek guidance and help
