HDA delivers a range of free motivational and employment qualifications and accreditations to improve employment opportunities. The organisation also promotes community cohesion through sports, music, and cooking, using these activities as tools for inclusion and participation. The goal is to provide opportunities for individuals to gain confidence, motivation, and skills to improve their lives.
