Reflect, Rejoice and Restore Report
This report presents an overview of some of the main elements and outcomes of the Reflect, Restore and Rejoice Retreat that was organised by The Phoenix Way (TPW) on 15-17 May 2025. The purpose of the retreat was to review what TPW had achieved in its first five years, identify what changes were needed, consider the next steps that it needs to take and celebrate TPW’s 5th birthday. The retreat was designed primarily for members of TPW’s National Leadership Group (NLG), staff from The Ubele Initiative (Ubele) as well as practitioners who were employed by TPW’s Regional Lead Bodies (RLBs).
