Urban Equestrian

The Urban Equestrian Academy aims to open doors that have not been visibly present before in the Equestrian World. The UK’s equestrian industry is often seen as something of a privilege for those who can afford to own equines, work with them or cover the cost engaging with them as a recreational activity. It has also been stereotyped as an ‘elitist’ activity, something only the rich or middle – class can engage in. We aim to change this cultural opinion / divide starting here in the UK. Our participation can provide such added value and a much more diverse audience.

We have a number of services, projects and activities we intend to launch through our social enterprise for example ‘Azeezah’s Junior Pony Club’ more commonly known as ‘A.J.P.C’ where we hope to unearth a ‘New Generation of Equestrian Superstar’ and ‘Ride and Reggae’ our corporate team building package which combines ‘Riding, Horse – Care and Stable Management’ with ‘Caribbean Cuisine and Live Reggae Music’ from a prestigious host venue’.

The Urban Equestrian Academy aims to open doors that have not been visibly present before in the Equestrian World. Our ethos is focused on widening participation of those with the least experience in the Equestrian world and also individuals/ communities with the least access to it.
